How can I stay informed about ATA19?

Be sure to follow all ATA on LinkedIn and Twitter @AmericanTelemed for the latest conference information. We will be sending conference updates via email, so make sure ATA is on your “safe sender” list so the communications don’t end up in your spam filter.

Will the event be filmed and photographed?

Yes, there will be photographers and videographers documenting throughout ATA19.

Is there a conference app available?

Yes, the ATA19 App will launch three weeks prior to the conference. Attendees will receive an activation email at that time.

Will meals be provided?

Concessions will be available for purchase in the Exhibit Hall for lunch on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
All Access Pass attendees will be provide a complimentary continental breakfast and lunch voucher on Tuesday.
There will be light snacks provided at the Opening Reception and at the Monday Evening Event.

I received a promotional code. How do I apply it to my registration?

On the first step of the registration form, after you enter your contact information, enter your promotional code into the designated field. The discounted rates will be displayed for you on step 3 and 4 when selecting registration options and add-on items.

What methods can I use to pay?

Credit Cards accepted: AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, Visa

A check payment option is also offered in the online registration system.

If paying by check, your payment must be processed by ATA before your registration is considered complete and activate. All checks must be received by March 29, 2019.

Registrants with an outstanding balance at the time of the conference will be required to provide a credit card on-site.
Cash accepted: Yes, on-site only.

How do I request a copy of my receipt?

Log in here using your last name and email address. Your receipt is available in the ‘My Account’ section.

What is the payment policy?

All balances must be paid in full by March 29, 2019. Your registration will be complete when full payment is received. Registrants with an outstanding balance will be required to provide a credit card on-site.


Are there specific hotel rates?

Yes, ATA19 has negotiated discounted rates for the conference. Our official housing partner is EventSphere, you can find all ATA19 official hotel information here .

Is there a deposit required to hold my hotel room?

No deposit required but a credit card is needed at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.

Will I receive a hotel confirmation number after booking my hotel through the ATA19 registration process?

No, you will receive a Passkey acknowledgement number and a week or two before the show you will receive your hotel confirmation number.

What if I don’t check in on my scheduled arrival date?

Your reservation will go into no show status and based on availability, the hotel may be able to reinstate your reservation.

Can I pay the hotel with a different credit card than the one I provided when I reserved the room?

Yes, you will need to provide a credit card at check-in.

Cancellations and Substitutions

What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellation and refund requests received prior to March 29, 2019 will be honored, less a $100 administrative fee.

Cancellation of registration includes cancellation of all ticketed events purchased during registration. After March 29, 2019, cancellations received are non-refundable. Registrations cannot be reinstated after cancellation. If you are eligible for a refund, expect to receive reimbursement within 30 days of cancellation confirmation. All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

Are attendee substitutions allowed?

Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If the substitute is not a member, the substitute attendee will be required to pay the non-member fee difference.

If I cancel my conference registration, is my ATA19 discounted hotel reservation cancelled as well?

No. You would need to cancel your hotel reservation through the ATA19 official housing site.
